ARISTA reserves the right to return any Customer Returns but not limited to:
  1. Invalid RMA number
  2. RMA product description given by customer differs from the actual product condition
  3. Expired RMA number
  4. Any ARISTA product[s] without an RMA number will be rejected and will send back to the customer
  5. An unauthorized return (no RMA # was issued)
  6. No ARISTA serial number on the product
  7. Product has physical damage or noted customers with pictures
  8. Spyware, Trojans, Malware or Viruses
